"My practice operates at the interchange between painting, collage, and drawing. Places, natural forms, rhythms and sounds, history and experiences resonate with me and are the starting points for preliminary ink and pastel drawings. As well as making observational drawings in different environments, I like to establish symbols and motifs that I can explore within the studio"
