Working across photography, film, sound, text, installation, performance and socially engaged practice, I am interested in how relationships shape our understanding of ourselves and the environments we inhabit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMy work often begins with curiosity and close observation. In How Does Our Garden Grow?, a socially engaged art project in East Dulwich, I invited residents to explore biodiversity in their gardens and local green spaces, uncovering connections between contemporary urban habitats and a nineteenth-century dairy farm that once occupied the site. The project combined art, local history, citizen science and community participation, creating an evolving digital archive of ecology and place.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis interest in connection, collective enquiry and creating opportunities for others has also led me to establish the MA:KESPACE art collective and other artist-led initiatives.
