These past years have pushed me to look for comfort and normalcy within a new environment. Being forced to retreat inward, I began to explore these emotions through my painting. By creating an interior world of my own making I found a new type of intimacy. With my work, Back Scratcher, begins the emotions of feeling discomfort and out of my element.
