I want to depict an environment, a gathering place for forms, colors, and bodies, playing off the botanical and the landscape and placing it into a contemporary setting. I synthesize painting, drawing, text, and collage to explore the geology of memory, and the territory between the human and the nonhuman, the living and the nonliving.
