3 postcards 1. Untangling the Dragon 2025 Amsterdam Aquarel , oil pastel I often joke that there was a dragon on my plate. It appeared as a tangled pile of spaghetti—a dragon made of complex systems, bureaucracy and endless paperwork, I had to navigate. At first, it all felt overwhelming—impossible to separate or understand. This drawing reminds me that sometimes the only way through chaos is patiently following one thread at a time.

2. Holding Restlessness with Love 2026 Amsterdam Aquarel and oil pastel This drawing is about creating a safe boundary around inner and external turbulence. The movement is still there, but it is held with kindness instead of resistance. Not everything has to be fixed immediately.

3. Janus… or a Walnut? 2025 Amsterdam Oil pastel I am always curious. Some people see Janus, the Roman god looking both backward and forward. Others see a walnut, with its two mirrored halves. I like both interpretations: looking at the past while stepping into the future, or discovering that what seems simple contains an intricate world inside.
