Founded in New York in 2018 by Léa Simone Allegria and Augustin Doublet, The Curators began as an independent project built around direct access to emerging art.

A physical anchor
After opening a project space on rue Rochebrune in 2023, the gallery moved to its permanent home at 20 rue Meslay in 2026, in the Haut-Marais.
Programme
Close dialogue, long view.
The gallery works closely with emerging and mid-career artists whose practices bring a distinctive voice to contemporary figuration. Exhibitions, studio conversations and curated selections are conceived as connected chapters rather than isolated moments.
Prices remain visible whenever possible, while advice, framing, shipping and private viewings are handled directly by the gallery.
