My artistic research focuses on everyday visions: domestic scenes captured in simple, ordinary situations. I believe that beauty resides in everything that surrounds us, even where familiarity has made it almost invisible. The surface of things and of the world is so vast that it can never be fully known within the span of a lifetime. There is always something left to wonder at, and I believe it is essential to attend to these surfaces before venturing into depths that can easily become dispersive.

The scenes I select are often suspended in time and devoid of human presence. In this sense, they can be seen as a contemporary continuation of the still life tradition.

Working primarily with drawing and ancient traditional techniques reinterpreted through a contemporary lens - from silverpoint to etching - the support itself becomes a fundamental part of the work. The surface of the paper is treated as a space for investigation and experimentation, often transforming into a visual game.

Words referring to the depicted subjects frequently appear within the compositions, creating a perceptual ambiguity: do they belong to the represented object, or to the sheet of paper itself? Arte they written, or are they drawn? Is there really a difference between drawing and writing? The answer is intentionally both, just as the boundary between two and three dimensions remains deliberately uncertain.
