My work is above all narrative. It is anchored in the places, spaces, and intimate and collective stories of each person. I paint, I draw, I collect objects, fabrics... and I patch up pieces of material since always. What interests me is to overcome the constraints of technology and give another air to what already exists. The small details become significant. To create, I use pieces of wool and threads that have belonged to women, used fabrics, old clothes with a history, cloths dedicated to rags... I reorganize, assemble, weave, and hand-stitch the pieces together to give them a different look, a different pace. I recompose a fragile, rudimentary whole, but one that has its own coherence. My artistic work does not stop at a particular practice: photos, drawings, tapestry, textile art, painting... mediums adapt to my narratives.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
