Indigo Regalado — Correspondances #2

My work explores the way the identity of a group conditions and impacts the identity of its members on a general sense. As a person of color, that is queer, trans and also disabled, I like to see how my individual identities interact, get influenced and are impacted by my Dominican identity.

One of my recent projects reflects this. This project, Identity: Queer / Cuir and Trans Dominican artists zine, was created with oliver vásquez, and it is a community based archive and zine centered around the identity of Queer / Cuir, Trans and LGBTQI+ Dominican artists on the island and in the diaspora. You can find this project online for free.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
