My paintings are visual field notes—small records of places visited, specimens observed, and unexpected moments encountered along the way. Working primarily in watercolor and ink, I combine loose washes with simple linework to create illustrations that feel both contemporary and nostalgic. Each piece is treated as an artifact from an imagined archive, inviting viewers to slow down, notice the details, and find a little wonder in the everyday.
