Context
My paintings explore identity as a process of transformation rather than a fixed condition.
Through figurative and symbolic imagery, I construct visual narratives that move between vulnerability, ritual, desire and resilience. The selected works — Lacrimosa, The Sanctum Fetish and The Secret of the Key — can be understood as chapters of the same journey: loss, reconstruction and renewal.
Although deeply autobiographical, the work seeks to address broader questions related to belonging, migration, memory and the many ways in which we reinvent ourselves. In this sense, each image functions both as a personal archive and as an open invitation for others to recognise fragments of their own stories.
