My practice begins with paying attention to the ordinary. I collect objects, images, gestures, and fragments of everyday life that seem to carry a presence beyond their immediate function. Through processes of observation, documentation, and making, I follow these encounters rather than impose narratives onto them, allowing meaning to emerge through their relationships.

I am interested in how memories become attached to objects and how familiar things can shift from the mundane to the symbolic. Working across painting, textile installation, video, and sculpture, I explore the hidden visual languages embedded in everyday surroundings, tracing the ways personal memory intersects with collective histories and the unconscious. Influenced by medieval and ancient imagery, I treat symbols not as fixed meanings but as living forms that continue to transform through time.

Rather than seeing the world as material to be shaped, I approach it as an active collaborator. Objects, places, and chance encounters possess their own agency: they suggest connections, resist interpretation, and often determine the direction of the work. My role is to remain attentive to these relationships, creating spaces where fleeting moments, overlooked details, and accumulated memories can reveal new ways of seeing.
