My first postcard is a small example of my paper tapestries. Drawing on two age-old traditions—handmade paper and weaving, I explore the storytelling opportunity the rhythm and repetition of weaving offers. The second postcard is an example of the paste paper I create to use in the tapestries. And the third, is a pulp painting. Compared to the detailed tapestries, my pulp paintings are large, abstract, and fluid, often evoking the open landscapes of my native South Texas.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
