Keturah McKitterick — Correspondances #2

My work combines collage, painting, drawing, stitching, and found materials to create symbolic visual narratives. Recurring motifs such as thread, journals, pathways, and letterforms function as metaphors for connection, dreams, wisdom, and spiritual inheritance.

Current bodies of work include Living Letters, an exploration of language, symbolism, and the life carried within ancient forms; Interwoven, which examines relationships, belonging, and the threads that connect our stories; and Daughters, a series reflecting on feminine identity, virtue, growth, and legacy.

Through layering, mending, and transformation, I create contemporary mixed-media works that invite viewers to engage with both personal and collective narratives, uncovering connections between past and present, the seen and unseen, the individual and the universal.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
