Greetings from Cairo captures a fleeting moment from my journey through Egypt: a café table crowded with glasses of deep red hibiscus tea, coffee cups and the traces of conversation. Painted in reverse with acrylic on plexiglass, the work blurs the line between painting and postcard. The handwritten greeting sends not only a memory of Cairo, but the artwork itself on a journey from Prague via Bremen to Paris and maybe even further.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
