Émilie Lagarde (b. 1980) is a French contemporary painter whose work explores memory, ancestry, and invisible connections between past and present. Guided by the idea that “we walk, awake, within the dream of our ancestors,” her paintings reveal poetic, layered compositions where figures and traces emerge between reality and imagination.
