My artwork inspired by children/picture book illustration. I use watercolour, gouache, pen drawing and pencil colour. I am making cutting art paper too. I make 3 artworks for postcard with watercolor and Gouache on paper. It is all about the cuture of my lovely country, Indonesia. First, I am drawing Satay Madura Stall, looks like a small boat shapenin front of it. It is a signature of the Satay stall of Madura especially in East Java, Indonesia which very unique and will never find in the other side of another country.
The second, I am drawing traditional food from west Borneo, Indonesia called pengkang. It is a sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves and clampt with bamboo stick and burnt it for a second. Usually people there eat it with the sauce and mollusks. The taste is so very good. You will thank me soon if you sometime go visit west Borneo Indonesia and have Pengkang.
The 3rd one is my draeing about Javanesse village. There is a father and son with their traditional javanesse outfit with the background of their house called Rumah Joglo. This picture describes what usually we see when we are in the Javanesse village especially when there is a festive when people dress up their best traditional outfit.
