Emily Marbach — Correspondances #1

I’ve made three collage postcards for your open call. The first one is called Where’s the Best Cappuccino? It’s a comment on the ignorance of travellers. I’d never go to X place because of the political situation but they choose another place which may be responsible for more appalling things and they neither notice or care.

The second postcard is called Communications. We speak, we write, we tweet, what do we actually convey to each other about our travel experiences?

The third is called Days and Nights. This one carries on the same theme as the last one but slightly different. Who do we meet in the world and who do we remember? And who remembers us?

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
