While my artistic practice often engages with social and contemporary issues, this series approaches questions of identity, desire and cultural codes through a more playful lens. In this series of photograms, I use miniature accessories and the direct photographic process to explore with irony and curiosity the fascination surrounding objects such as shoes and handbags. These symbols of femininity, consumption and personal expression appear almost like traces or memories.

The unexpected appearance of a tiny revolver interrupts this familiar world — introducing a subtle tension and shifting the perception of these seemingly innocent objects.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
