Maxim Savva was born in 1972 in Khabarovsk at the Far East of the Soviet Union. He studied Architecture in Pacific State University. He lives in Saint-Petersburg since 1999.
Main feature of Maxim’s art is a failure fixed in every work. Color scale is blurred and contains mostly shades of grey, recalling the world seen by a short-sighted person. Solitude is the main theme through all his paintings; while there is no drama but irony.
Maxim likes to cite music tracks or famous paintings as a names of his own works. There is no meaning in his works but part of his soul.
