Description

I poured a libation of blue paint on to the words “WORLD PEACE” and “Paix Dans le Mans”as I recited the poem “How to Teach a Child to Pray” by Frank X Walker https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poetrymagazine/poems/1749631/how-to-teach-a-child-to-pray . A libation is a ritual pouring of a liquid as an offering and/or prayer to a spirit, an energy or God in memory of those who have died; a sacred convenance between the material and spiritual worlds. This gesture of poured paint is visual evidence of my meditative activity and my petition for PEACE for all of our humanity.
