My artistic practice unfolds between system and intuition, structure and chance, reason and emotion. Across multiple series, I translate music, sound, ambient noise, and data into intricate visual compositions that function as abstract scores of otherwise ephemeral events.
Many of my drawings originate from algorithmic systems that analyze and reinterpret acoustic information. Sound becomes line, rhythm becomes geometry, and data emerges as a visual language. Alongside these sound-based works, I develop purely generative compositions driven entirely by code and algorithmic rules, exploring the aesthetic potential of autonomous systems.
Using a vintage pen plotter, I transfer digital processes onto paper with ink. The machine becomes a mediator between digital information and physical artifact, where computational precision meets analog-mechanical gesture. In selected projects, I extend the drawings through augmented reality, offering viewers insight into the generative systems and processes behind the work (you can try it on 2 of the three postcards...).
At the core of my practice is a curiosity for the invisible, for the hidden patterns, rhythms, and structures beneath the surface of the world. I am interested in questions such as: What do data sound like? What does sound look like? What is the sonic aesthetic of a place? Through these investigations, I seek to make the invisible visible and reveal new ways of perceiving the world around us.
