My work delves into the ways in which we perceive light – in eyes, mind, body and spirit, and the ways in which we remember light – as images, mythology, language and experience. These recent cyanotype works are informed by ancient Indian conceptions of cosmic light. They draw on symbols, archetypes and geometries described in sacred and philosophical texts. The postcards I have sent are part of a series called "Devi's Spaceship". They are imagined as fictional souvenirs from a goddess' interstellar journey through the universe.

The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
