Lily Cooper (b. 1999) is a Chicago-based figurative painter working primarily in oil. Her paintings explore domestic spaces as sites of intimacy, memory, loss, and change. Working from found imagery, she builds reimagined interiors through delicate layers of oil paint, creating scenes that feel both familiar and distant, like fragments of memory.
