Yeva Khrapova is a Ukrainian painter who has been living in Paris for the past four years, after leaving Ukraine in 2022.

Before moving to France, she graduated from the State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture as well as from the College of Art in Ukraine. Since her arrival in France, she has been studying at the Beaux-Arts de Paris.

Through her paintings, she explores themes such as nature, nostalgia, and femininity—three motifs that strongly recur throughout her work and are deeply connected to her forced departure from her Ukraine in 2022. Shades and halos of light permeate her compositions, reflecting on the gradual fading of memories and the persistent feeling of homesickness.
