Delphine Lamarque was born in Bordeaux in 1983 and currently resides and works in Hossegor, France. She draws inspiration from the nostalgia of her childhood and transforms old tent canvases from the 1970s into new pieces of art that symbolize independence and freedom. Delphine perceives these canvases, marked by time and with hidden seams, as a metaphor for our own existence. Her artwork serves as an emotional bridge between the past, present and future, providing viewers with a dreamlike sanctuary for an enjoyable and nostalgic immersive experience.
