    French photographer Bérangère Fromont (born 1975) first studied cinema and literature at the Sorbonne before deepening her photographic practice with photographers such as Claudine Doury and Antoine d'Agata. His work has been the subject of numerous publications. Her latest book “Love alone will break our hearts” was selected for the 2023 Rencontres d’Arles book prize.

  • Intimate, collective and literary references, documentary and staging, are mixed and articulated around the central notion of her work, the notion of resistance.
